This policy explains how Video Atölyesi (videoatolyesi.com and app.videoatolyesi.com) processes your personal data.

• Account data: name and email address; when you sign in with Google, your Google account name and email.
• Payment data: amount, date and transaction references. Card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page; we never see or store your card number.
• Service data: the name and ID of the YouTube channel you connect, the upload permission you grant (encrypted), your topics, plans, generated videos, and any voice recording or images you upload.
• AI keys: API keys you add for OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and similar services (stored encrypted, never shown in full again).
• Security data: sign-in records, IP address, a session cookie and a log of actions in the panel.

3. Why we process it

• To provide the service, generate your videos and upload them to your channel (performance of contract).
• To take payments and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
• To keep accounts secure, prevent abuse and fix errors (legitimate interest).
• To answer support requests and send essential service notices.

4. Who we share it with

• Paddle: purchases in US dollars are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (UK), our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles payment, tax and invoicing. Paddle's privacy notice applies to that data.
• Google / YouTube: to upload videos to your channel, with your permission.
• AI and media providers: content is sent to the provider you choose using your own API key (e.g. OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, ElevenLabs), under their own terms.
• Hosting and, where required by law, authorities.

5. Retention

We keep account data while your account is open and delete it within 30 days after you ask us to close it. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

6. Cookies

The panel uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data and object to processing by writing to info@videoatolyesi.com from your registered email address. We reply within 30 days.
