By using Video Atölyesi you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Video Atölyesi is online software that uses AI to prepare scripts, visuals, voice-over, captions and edits from the topics you choose, and uploads videos to your YouTube channel when you approve them or at the time you plan. The service is provided by:

2. Your account

Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You may not resell or rent your account. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with a parent's or guardian's permission.

3. Your own keys and third-party costs

AI and media generation runs on API keys you add to your account. Those providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.) bill you directly; their fees are not included in our prices. Costs shown in the panel are estimates.

4. Your content

• You are responsible for your videos, titles and descriptions and for publishing them on YouTube.
• Your videos must follow YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and applicable law.
• Do not use copyrighted works, trademarks, or other people's voice or likeness without permission. Voice clones and avatars may only be made from your own voice and image, or with consent.
• AI output can be wrong or incomplete; review it before publishing.
• You own the videos you create and allow us to process them only as needed to run the service.

5. Prohibited use

Do not use the service for misleading, hateful, violent, harmful-to-children, spam or unlawful content, or to overload or attack the system. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. You can cancel any time in Account → My plan and keep access until the end of the paid period. See our Refund policy.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, outages at third parties (YouTube, AI providers) or events beyond our control may cause interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, changes in channel revenue or third-party decisions, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
