Refund Policy

Cancelling

Cancel any time in Account → My plan → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. Your data and videos are not deleted.

Refunds

• You can try the service free for 7 days before buying. Payments for a subscription period are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• If you were charged twice by mistake, or charged after you cancelled, we will refund the extra charge.
• Fees you pay AI providers with your own keys are not charged by us and cannot be refunded by us.

Billing questions

Purchases in US dollars are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. For a billing issue, use the link in your Paddle receipt email, visit paddle.net, or write to info@videoatolyesi.com.

Changing plans

You can upgrade any time and the new plan starts immediately. To move to a smaller plan, cancel and buy the new plan when the current period ends.
